To begin using our service, you must first sign up for an account on our website. Once registered, you will be assigned a unique U.S. shipping address along with a personal customer ID. This address should be used whenever you shop online at U.S. stores. At checkout, simply enter the provided U.S. address as the delivery location, making sure to include your customer ID so your package can be processed without delays.

When your packages arrive at our U.S. warehouse, we will log them into our system under your account and send you a notification to confirm receipt. From there, your items will be prepared for shipment to Jamaica on the next available air freight schedule. If you are shopping from multiple stores, you may request package consolidation to help reduce shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, or volume, depending on the package.

Once your shipment arrives in Jamaica, we will handle customs clearance on your behalf. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees will be billed before your package is released. After clearance, you can either pick up your package at our office or have it delivered directly to your address if you’ve requested delivery service. You will receive a final notification once your package is available.

To ensure a smooth process, always include your customer ID when shipping items to our warehouse, and keep your order confirmations and tracking numbers handy in case they are needed. Please note that restricted or prohibited items cannot be shipped, including certain electronics and hazardous materials.
